My Game Has Picked Up

This past Wednesday morning I received a phone call on my cell phone. The person calling me was my friend Rex. He was calling me to see if I wanted to play some golf later in the day. We have played golf with one another in the past, and usually have fun. At one time I got so frustrated playing golf, I began to think I hate golf. Thankfully, my game has picked up since that time.

We played a good game on Wednesday. I wound up losing, but I had a good time. One of the reasons I lost was because I got stuck in a silica sand bunker, not just once, but twice. I always have had problems with sand when playing golf. I need to imporve my game so this is not a problem any longer.

Communication is a very important part of everyday life. When I was working at a nursing facility, I found it very difficult to communicate with individuals with severe hearing difficulties. Staying On My Path

In my youth, I was best known by my circle of friends for my long, busy days and my smart mouth. I had quite a habit of saying the first thing that came to mind. Over the years, I learned to control my mouth and wait until my mind could come up with the second or third thing. Age has also taught me not everything can be controlled with a little willpower. My long, busy days almost became another part of my past when my bladder seemed to develop a mind of its own. Instead of anticipating my busy schedule, my days were starting to be shaped by the fear of running into a friend and sharing a laugh, or, even worse, I could sneeze. Fortunately, I discovered incontinence pads, and my now I can return to my goal of seeing old age as just another phase of life.

I am a single dad with four small children. A Valuable Friendship Wasted

My friend just started modellen fotografie and she has seemingly had her nose in the air since she started. It is funny how when people get a sudden boost in their ego, they also get an even larger boost in their attitude towards others. I have tried numerous times to contact her about our weekly night out, but apparently she has bigger and better plans with the camera. Although I am happy that she is accomplishing her life long dream, I am also rather angry that she is turning her cheek to me. I never thought she would end up as rude as she has, but I guess nothing in life goes as planned. I am just hoping that she will realize how great our friendship is, sooner rather than later.

The Story of Clara and her First Date

Clara went on her first date with Jon several years ago, and two of them connected with each other. They soon started mature dating each other seriously; they were going on dates every Friday and Saturday evening. They enjoyed going to the park together, the pizza shop together, the movies together, and anywhere else that allowed them to be together. The best date for them was being to spend time getting to know each other. The more they got to know each other, the more they liked each other. They were both interested in spending evenings together watching television while getting to know each other. They both believed in writing until marriage, so they never had sex with each other. After two years of going out with each other, they decided to get married!
